The Road Crew works May through September, depending on the weather, filling potholes at least once per month. Emails are sent to confirm dates.

Community
Meetings
The community gets together at an owners home to socialize and discuss important subjects.
Holiday parties are sometimes held.
We never need an excuse to get together. Community members are encouraged to set up community parties. Please contact the Administrator to help.

Financial
Update
Financial updates are given to the Community twice a year. In June, the financial report will show collections and spending to date. At the end of the year, the financial report will show all collections and spending for the year. All reporting is sent through emails to all owners.
